STEP 1 - REGISTER WITH US

Registering with us only takes a few moments but in return you are kept ahead of the market with regular updates about new properties that we have been instructed to sell, before they are listed on the major portals.  You can register online or by speaking to your local branch, we will need a few personal details, preferences, location and most importantly, your property “must haves”.   Click here to register now.

STEP 2 - AFFORDABILITY CHECK

Arrange to speak to our mortgage advisors and find out how much you could potentially borrow when buying a property as well as finding the very best rates that are available to you. Having a mortgage already agreed in principle not only speeds up the process but also shows your commitment towards buying once you have found a property you wish to make an offer on. Our advisers will be with you every step of the way.

NOTE: A BROKER FEE MAY BE PAYABLE UPON MORTGAGE APPLICATION AS WELL AS AN ADMINISTRATION FEE. THE TOTAL FEE PAYABLE WILL DEPEND ON YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES. YOUR MORTGAGE CONSULTANT WILL EXPLAIN ANY FEES APPLICABLE IN YOUR INITIAL CONSULTATION.

STEP 3 - ARRANGE AND ATTEND VIEWINGS

Properties are selling like hotcakes! Email or call to book your viewing, if you can’t commit during working hours then our flexible viewings team can try accommodating you on evenings or weekends.

STEP 4 - MAKE AN OFFER

One you have found the ideal property, make an offer and leave our experienced negotiators to get the sale agreed. Ashbrookes will negotiate the price and terms on your behalf making sure both parties are happy.

STEP 5 - INSTRUCT YOUR SOLICITOR AND MORTGAGE PROVIDER

At Ashbrookes we have our trusted and recommended solicitors that can make conveyancing hassle free whilst providing a quality service at competitive pricing.

Using our solicitors will ensure you will be hands off as our sales team will chase and update you throughout the process with updates. We are also able to offer you fast track searches which will expedite the transaction drastically, helping you get the keys to your new home.

STEP 6 - ARRANGE YOUR PROPERTY SURVEY

Property surveys are highly recommended. By obtaining a survey you can ensure you are in the know about your property and there are no surprises before you move in. We can recommend surveyors who are highly trusted and used by ourselves.

STEP 7 - EXCHANGE AND COMPLETE

Once a completion date has been agreed, your solicitor will request your deposit to be paid (most people think this comes out at the start of the process but that’s not the case! You have the whole transaction to continue to save. After completion has been confirmed, we can provide you with the keys to your new property.
