Landlord Fees (all cost are inclusive of VAT):
Inventory at the start & end of a tenancy - £120
Gas safety certificate - £75
EICR Electrical- £120
EPC - £90
Student Tenancy set up fee (Full Manangement ) - £180
Student Tenancy set up fee (Let only) - 1 months rent + VAT
Residential fees - 1 months rent + VAT
Renewal Fee full management - £90
Renewal Fee Let only - £420
Maintenance - All maintenance is quoted free of charge.Where a property is withdrawn from our management after we have located tenants and signing a tenancy agreement but before the end of the tenancy agreement, we will charge a fee of £720 per tenancy.
