This structure allows us to deliver a transparent and reliable experience for landlords, ensuring that their properties are well-managed, compliant with regulations, and attract quality tenants.
Landlord Fees (all cost are inclusive of VAT):
Inventory at the start & end of a tenancy - £120
Gas safety certificate - £75
EICR Electrical- £120
EPC - £90
Maintenance - All maintenance is quoted free of charge.Where a property is withdrawn from our management after we have located tenants and signing a tenancy agreement but before the end of the tenancy agreement, we will charge a fee of £720 per tenancy.
