We have a 6 step process which is very straight forward: 

STEP 1

Book a Lettings valuation with our experienced valuers who understand the market

STEP 2

Ensure you property meets all legal requirements which change from time to time, but we will confirm these at the time and also assist you in meeting these obligations.

STEP 3

Ensure your property looks it’s best.  First impressions count so maximising location décor furniture will impact the type of tenant who becomes interested and also the rent that the property can command.  Speak to one of our friendly advisers for bespoke information on what can be done to enhance your property.

STEP 4

Instruct Ashbrookes to let your property.  This requires you to sign a lettings management contract.  Once contracts are signed, we can advertise your property within 48 hours on all our portals including Rightmove and Zoopla.

STEP 5

Receive enquiries, viewings and tenant offers to let.  We can carry out virtual and physical viewings on all properties and forward you any offers received. You can be confident that we have done due-diligence on the tenant before present him or her as a potential to you.

STEP 6
