Where we are marketing a property for sale
We can provide expert guidance to buyers on how to best develop a property in order to maximise it’s yield, arrange for the design, planning and build works, undertake to let the developed property and if desired, sell the property in order to release profit back to the investor.
Where other agents are marketing properties for sale
Where an investor wishes to consider a property that is not marketed by us, but by another Estate Agent, then we can provide the same service to the investor at a small cost which is fully refundable if the investor engages us to work on the project after purchase.

We are able to take detailed instructions from investors who are either abroad or too far away and search out suitable investments that meet their investment criterion. The opportunities will be presented in a transparent manner with purchase, development, letting and sales costs all clearly documented. Our fees vary dependant on the type of investment to be made and the amount of work we need to undertake. Our fee will be declared at the start of our engagement.
